Senior Hotel Accountant:

We are looking for Senior Hotel Accountant who manages complex financial records, oversees daily lodging transactions, and ensures accuracy in hospitality reporting who join our hospitality team. You will oversee the property's financial operations, review daily revenue and audits, manage accounts payable and receivable, and lead month-end close procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

- Audit &
- Daily Revenue:

Oversee night audits, reconcile daily revenues (rooms, F&B;, banquets, and spa), and verify ledger agreements.

- Ledger &

- Reconciliations:

Perform regular bank and three-ledger reconciliations to resolve discrepancies quickly.

- Budgeting &

- Forecasting:

Assist management in building annual operating budgets and track budget-to-actual variances.

- Tax &

- Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local financial laws, occupancy taxes, GST/TDS,



and statutory regulations.

- Team Leadership: Supervise junior accounting staff, guide daily tasks, and maintain strong internal controls to prevent fraud.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (b.com)
- CA Intermediate or professional certifications (CPA/CHAE) are a strong plus. [1, 2]

- Experience: 3–6 years dedicated to hotel finance or hospitality accounting experience.

- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS like Opera or Maestro) and accounting software.

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and clear communication skills

Pay: ₹30,433.94 - ₹45,776.03 per month
