Job Summary The Suraka School is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi and support students' academic development. The ideal candidate should have robust subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons according to the curriculum.
- Teach Hindi to students across different grade levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
- Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain students' academic records and monitor their progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking,
and comprehension skills in Hindi.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and parent-teacher meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience in CBSE or other recognized school curricula preferred.
- Ability to create an engaging and student-friendly learning environment.
