: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing and developing complex, scalable web applications from end-to-end, leveraging a diverse polyglot stack including Python, Go, and/or Java Script with React.

Hard Skills / Need to Have:

Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 7 years in full-stack development.

Backend Mastery: Solid proficiency in Python (e.g., Fast API, Django) or Go for building high-concurrency systems.

Frontend Expertise: Advanced skills in React and Java Script, including state management (Redux or Context API).

Database Proficiency: Proven experience with Postgre SQL (schema design, query optimization) and Mongo DB.

Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms such as AWS.

Tools: Familiarity with modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot).

Responsibilities and Tasks

System Design: Architect and develop robust,



scalable microservices and APIs using Go/Python and Java Script.

Frontend Excellence: Lead the development of responsive and performant user interfaces using React and modern Java Script (ES6+).

Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage data models across both relational (Postgre SQL) and No SQL (Mongo DB) databases.

API Development: Build and integrate secure RESTful and/or Graph QL APIs to ensure seamless communication between client and server.

Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for engineering best practices like CI/CD and automated testing.

Reliability: Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize for maximum speed and scalability.
