Position: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role & responsibilities

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build new products from zero and own the platform they run on. You'll shape architecture decisions and ship software that enterprise customers depend on. You'll also pair closely with our ML Engineer as we build out intelligent features. We're an AI-native engineering team: building with tools like Claude Code and Codex at the center of your workflow isn't a nice-to-have here it's how we work.

What You'll Do

- Build new products 01 own architecture, build, ship, iterate
- Build with AI at the core of your workflow use tools like Claude Code and Codex to ship faster, and help set the bar for AI-assisted engineering on the team.
- Develop end-to-end features with React, Next.js, Node, and TypeScript
- Design systems for enterprise customers multi-tenancy, SSO/SAML, role-based access control, audit logging




- Own platform infrastructure: CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, scaling
- Make build-vs-buy and architectural decisions with minimal oversight
- Set engineering standards (code review, testing, docs) as the team grows

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years building production web applications.
- Strong React + TypeScript with Next.js in production; solid Node backend experience NestJS or similar
- Experience building enterprise-grade products: multi-tenant architecture, authentication/authorization (SSO, RBAC), security best practices
- Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid database design SQL and NoSQL
- Robust product sense and communication can take an ambiguous problem and scope it
- Fluent with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar) uses these tools agentically to multiply output, not just for autocomplete
