- Provides Level 2/3 support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring application availability, reliability, and performance.
- Develops and maintains full-stack applications using Angular/TypeScript (frontend) and .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET (backend), building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, automating build/test/deployment processes and managing Git-based source control.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders and product teams on application modernization, documents technical solutions, and drives process improvement in Agile/Scrum environments.
