About the Job: Role Title : Senior Project Controller Experience : 8-12 years Education : B.Tech Civil or Mechanical Engineering / MBA / M.Tech / PGDM in Project Management / Construction Management Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost baselines and financial reports Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance metrics to identify variances and potential risks Perform cost variance and trend analysis and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting Support or integrate project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6 Perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and performance metrics Track changes, variations, and claims and assess financial impacts Project invoicing based on resources, materials etc. using ERP (Maconomy, SAP, Ecosys etc.). Implement and maintain project control systems, tools, and best practices Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for improving project efficiency and profitability Prepare monthly project reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management and stakeholders Power BI, Power Automate, Advanced Excel / VBA) Prepare interactive PowerBI dashboards for overall project controls insights and performance KPIs. Provide guidance and training to Junior Project controllers and interns.





Support in operations and Team management Experience of working in Project Controls / Project Management Candidates with similar experience in any Design & Engineering or Project Management Consulting Organizations are preferred.
