nThe Role

nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Fashion Designer – Bridal & Couture with strong expertise in women’s Indian wear. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bridal and couture design, silhouettes, garment construction, embroidery, fabrics, and craftsmanship, and be able to take designs from concept to final product.

nKey Responsibilities

n

- Develop original designs for bridal, couture, and occasion wear, including sarees, lehengas, anarkalis, sharara’s, kurtas, and contemporary fusion wear.
n
- Conceptualize and execute seasonal and bridal collections in line with the brand aesthetic and current market trends.
n
- Develop and refine silhouettes, patterns, garment construction, and fit from initial sketch to final product.
n
- Create embroidery and digital print designs, working closely with artisans and vendors.
n
- Collaborate with sampling,



production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and timely launches.
n
- Select fabrics and materials while managing design-related budgets and costs.
n
- Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, fit, and finishing.
n
- Conduct trend and market research to identify new design directions and opportunities.
n
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a creative, collaborative team environment.

nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n
- 8+ years of experience in women’s Indian wear, with robust experience in women bridal and couture.
n
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
n
- Strong expertise in silhouette development, garment construction, pattern making, and fit.
n
- Good knowledge of embroidery techniques, digital prints and Indian textiles/fabrics.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and MS Office.
n
- Strong fashion sketching and illustration skills.
n
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
n
- A solid portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in womens Indian, bridal, and couture wear.
