Roles And Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly knitting production plans based on shipment priorities.
- Allocate knitting orders according to machine gauge, diameter, machine capability, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, R&D;, Yarn Store, Production, Dyeing, and Quality departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor yarn availability and coordinate with the yarn store to avoid production interruptions.
- Track knitting production progress and identify any delays or bottlenecks.
- Revise production plans based on urgent orders, machine breakdowns, or material shortages.
- Ensure optimum utilization of knitting machines and minimize idle machine hours.
- Analyze machine loading and capacity planning to maximize efficiency and prepare knitting loading plans for different machine types and gauges.
- Monitor order completion against plan and report daily production status.
- Maintain WIP (Work-in-Progress) control and reduce excess inventory.
- Prepare various MIS reports, production dashboards, and KPI reports.
- Follow up on critical orders to ensure shipment commitments are achieved.
- Coordinate with Maintenance regarding machine downtime affecting production planning.
- Support cost optimization through improved planning and reduced waiting time.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for planning accuracy and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Academic Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Concentration/Major:



BSc in Textile Engineering or Related

- Age: 28 - 38 years
- Gender: Male
- Training/Course: MS Office
- Area of Expertise: Textile
- Additional Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of knitting machine types, gauges, and capacity planning.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
