Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Senior Executive - Content x Commerce to join our

Nykaa Play team. This role requires a highly organized individual who thrives in quick-paced environments, can do planning & management, livestream programming, and digital storytelling. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end social commerce execution, IP content development, campaign support, and day-to-day page management across Nykaa Play.

Role Description :

Nykaa Play Programming

- Manage ideation, content creation, programming, IPs, visual look & feel of the Nykaa Play tab on-app.

- Own ideation, planning & programming for key Nykaa Play IPs

- Plan and execute livestream programming calendars, including talent coordination and logistics.

- Design creative assets using Canva or collaborate with design teams for visual content

Project & Campaign Management:

- Lead execution of key campaign content such including Pink Sales & Hero Initiatives.

- Drive brand integrations in content in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Lead Nykaa IPs on Nykaa Play through operational excellence.





- Work closely with brand and internal teams to ensure Nykaa Play operated in sync with larger brand mktg calendar.

Nykaa Play - On Feed Content Management

- Maintain relationships with agencies for content supply

- Work with product teams to deliver / upload / tag content correctly on Nykaa Play

- Work with business teams on content distribution across different app-touchpoints

Data & Analysis

- Utilize Mixpanel and Tableau for reporting and performance analytics.

- Track and report key livestream and content performance metrics.

Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies

, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital content, campaign management, project management.

- Experience with e-commerce content ops and experience in webcomm is a big plus.

- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and time management.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, high-speed working style.
