nTeam Leadership: Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

nResponsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
n
- Method Development and Validation: Develop, validate, and implement current analytical methods for pesticide and antibiotic testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
n
- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure the quality of analytical results, implementing quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain laboratory accreditation.
n
- Client Communication: Communicate technical information to clients, including report results, method development, and analytical issues.
n
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient workflow, meet deadlines,



and manage workload.
n
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
n
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including ISO/IEC 17025.
n

nQualifications and Experience

n

n
- B.Sc(Chemistry)
n
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
n

n

nRequired Skills

n

n
- Experience in Food Laboratory Testing solutions.
n
- Ability to lead and manage a team of analysts.
n
- Expertise in method development and validation for pesticide and antibiotic testing.
n
- Strong focus on quality control and quality assurance.
n
- Effective client communication skills.
n
- Capability in resource allocation and performance monitoring.
n
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including ISO/IEC 17025.
