1. Facility Operations & Soft Services Management

- Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, and waste management services.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and address maintenance issues proactively.

2. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, horticulture, and security services.
- Negotiate service contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).

3. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure facility operations align with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Implement and oversee fire safety, emergency evacuation plans,



and workplace safety policies.
- Conduct safety drills and training sessions for staff.

4. Budgeting & Cost Optimization

- Assist in budgeting for facility operations and horticulture maintenance.
- Optimize costs by identifying energy-efficient solutions and cost-effective service providers.
- Solid knowledge of soft services, housekeeping standards, and vendor management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Any Graduate
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
