Sr. Manager Engineering | Golang + React | Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager Engineering to lead 01 product and R&D; engineering for high-scale AI platforms. The role involves building scalable distributed systems, driving engineering excellence, mentoring teams, and contributing hands-on to architecture and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive 01 development of scalable AI/ML platforms and distributed systems.
- Design and architect large-scale, robust and fault-tolerant systems.
- Lead and manage engineering teams at scale.
- Mentor engineers and drive code quality and engineering best practices.
- Work closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Stay hands-on with software development and technical architecture.
- Contribute to hiring and building high-performing engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience with Golang (Go)




- Strong hands-on experience with React.js
- Large-scale system design and architecture
- Distributed systems and scalable backend development
- Full-stack/web technologies
- AI/ML platform engineering experience
- Engineering team management and mentorship

Experience: 12-18 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days per week

Notice Period: 0–15 Days
