:Role & responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of raw materials, bought-out components, packaging materials
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to support production requirements.
- Issue materials to production departments as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving items.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers in systems.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, Stock Transfer Notes, and other store documents.
- Ensure timely updating of inventory transactions and stock registers.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification activities.





Skilled Knowledge
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Tally, or similar).
- Generate inventory reports, stock aging reports, consumption and stock reconciliation reports.

Education - Diploma/-Mechanical, Electric or SCM, BA with Relevent

Location - Ranjangaon
