:Role & responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of raw materials, bought-out components, packaging materials
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to support production requirements.
- Issue materials to production departments as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving items.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers in systems.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, Stock Transfer Notes, and other store documents.
- Ensure timely updating of inventory transactions and stock registers.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification activities.





Skilled Knowledge
1. Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Tally, or similar).
4. Generate inventory reports, stock aging reports, consumption and stock reconciliation reports.

Education - Diploma/-Mechanical, Electric or SCM, BA with Relevent
