Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Senior BDS Dental Surgeon with 5+ years of clinical experience to join our dental clinic at KPHB, Hyderabad. The candidate should be confident in handling general dentistry procedures independently, with strong expertise in Root Canal Treatment (RCT) and patient management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Independently perform Root Canal Treatments (RCT) for both anterior and posterior teeth.
- Handle routine and complex general dentistry procedures.
- Perform restorations, fillings, scaling, extractions, crown preparation and other general dental procedures.




- Evaluate X-rays and other diagnostic reports and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Explain treatment procedures, costs and alternatives clearly to patients.
- Handle patient counselling, treatment acceptance and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper clinical records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure strict sterilization, infection-control and clinical protocols.
- Manage emergency dental cases appropriately.
- Coordinate with specialists, dental labs and clinic staff whenever required.
- Maintain good patient relationships and contribute to clinic revenue through ethical treatment planning.
- Guide junior dentists and support the clinical team when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong hands-on experience in RCT – both anterior and posterior teeth.
- Good knowledge of General Dentistry.
- Excellent patient communication and counselling skills.
- Strong diagnosis and treatment-planning ability.
- Ability to independently manage patients and clinical cases.
- Positive chairside manner and patient-management skills.
- Ability to handle treatment conversions professionally and ethically.
