nRole Summary

nLead AI and Data Science strategy, architecture, and delivery while managing high-

nperforming teams. Drive the development of scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions

nthat solve business problems and deliver measurable impact.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Lead AI/ML, Data Science, and GenAI initiatives from concept to production.

n• Manage and mentor Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Engineers.

n• Define technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure AI solutions.

n• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities.

n• Drive MLOps best practices, model governance, and Responsible AI.

n• Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, and team performance.

n





nRequired Skills

n• Robust expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG, and

nGenerative AI.

n• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML frameworks.

n• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Databricks, Spark, Docker,

nKubernetes, and MLOps.

n• Proven experience leading enterprise AI projects and technical teams.

nQualifications

n• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related

nfield.

n• 10–15+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Analytics, with at least 5 years

nin technical leader
