Kibitz International Rehabilitation Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation management. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible rehabilitation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and clinical evaluations of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' conditions and rehabilitation goals.
- Provide expert physiotherapy care for neurological, orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and other rehabilitation conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Manage complex rehabilitation cases and ensure effective clinical outcomes.
- Coordinate with doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and guide junior physiotherapists and rehabilitation staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises,



and rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and skilled ethics.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT).
- Valid professional registration or license as required by the relevant authority.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of neurological, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Experience in managing complex patient cases and multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and patient management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
