Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS, up-to-date frontend architectures, and engineering best practices, along with the ability to mentor developers and drive technical excellence across projects.

This role requires strong collaboration with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead frontend design and architecture discussions for complex web applications.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and design patterns.
- Drive technical decision-making and provide solution recommendations for frontend architecture.
- Review code and ensure adherence to quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

Development & Delivery

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using ReactJS.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable component libraries.
- Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into robust frontend solutions.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide effort estimation and technical planning.

Performance & Optimization

- Implement performance optimization strategies for large-scale applications.
- Improve page load times, application responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Conduct performance profiling, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Drive accessibility (WCAG) compliance and web standards adoption.

Innovation & Architecture





- Evaluate and adopt emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.
- Contribute to Micro Frontend and Design System initiatives.
- Support CI/CD and DevOps practices for frontend deployments.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects on application modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 6 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on ReactJS development experience.
- Experience leading frontend teams or technical initiatives.
