Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as a Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical accounting knowledge, experience in managing multiple client engagements, leading teams, and ensuring timely delivery of accounting and compliance services. The candidate should be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of building long-term client relationships while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a portfolio of multiple clients and act as the primary point of contact.

· Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior team members.

· Review accounting, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and other compliance deliverables before submission.in financial reporting and finalization of accounts.

· Ensure timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

· Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.





· Provide accounting and compliance advisory to clients.

· Coordinate with clients, auditors, banks, and statutory authorities whenever required.

· Identify risks, resolve accounting issues, and recommend practical solutions.

· Monitor team productivity and ensure quality standards are maintained.

· Plan work effectively to ensure no statutory or client deadlines are missed.

· Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation wherever possible.

· Support business development by identifying opportunities with existing clients.

· Handle client escalations professionally and ensure high client satisfaction.

· Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Skills & Competencies

· Qualified/Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

· Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

· Strong experience in client relationship management.

· Experience in leading and mentoring teams.

· Hands-on knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.

· Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and statutory compliances.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities.

· Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· High attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.

· Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. Expertise in financial reporting and finalization of accounts.
