Position: Senior Faculty – Chemistry

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Chemistry lectures for JEE, NEET, and other competitive examinations.

Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans, study material, assignments, and practice sheets.

Explain concepts clearly with a solid focus on fundamentals, problem-solving, and exam-oriented preparation.

Conduct regular tests, doubt-solving sessions, and performance assessments.

Analyse student performance and provide individual academic guidance.

Develop and review question papers, worksheets, DPPs, and test series.

Stay updated with the latest examination patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.

Mentor students and motivate them to achieve their academic goals.

Coordinate with other faculty members and the academic team to ensure syllabus completion on time.

Maintain proper academic records and provide regular feedback to management.

Participate in parent meetings, seminars,



orientation programs, and academic events when required.

Contribute to improving academic results, student retention, and overall student experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant field.

Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.

Good understanding of JEE/NEET examination patterns and requirements.

Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to handle both classroom teaching and doubt-solving sessions.

Prior experience in a reputed coaching institute will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate A passionate and result-oriented Chemistry faculty member who can take ownership of students' academic performance and contribute to building a strong academic team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
