Role Description The Senior Business Development Professional will play a key role in expanding the foundation’s reach, partnerships, and impact. This full-time, hybrid position is based in Noida, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new partnerships, conducting market and sector research, and generating leads with corporate, institutional, and philanthropic stakeholders.

The role involves creating proposals and presentations, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting donor engagement and retention.



The qualified will collaborate with program teams to align business development initiatives with organizational goals, track performance metrics, and contribute to strategic planning for growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, assess opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making.

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

- Proven experience in Lead Generation, including identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective partners or donors.

- Proficiency in Market Research to understand trends in the social sector, funding landscape, and stakeholder needs.

- Solid Customer Service orientation, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships.

- Relevant experience in business development, fundraising, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a hybrid work environment.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field is preferred.
