About the Role

BuildMyInfra (BMI) is looking for a Business Development Manager – MEP Project Sales to drive new business opportunities for our MEP, SITC and Turnkey Projects.We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in B2B project sales and business development who can identify potential clients, build relationships with decision-makers and convert project opportunities into business.What You'll DoIdentify and generate new business opportunities for MEP & Turnkey ProjectsDevelop relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, facility teams and corporate clientsGenerate leads through market research, networking, references and direct outreachManage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client meeting, proposal, negotiation and closure

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical/estimation teams to prepare suitable proposals
- Handle commercial discussions, negotiations and project enquiries
- Develop business across warehouses, retail, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates




- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business

What We're Looking For 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Project SalesExperience in MEP, EPC, HVAC, Electrical, Turnkey Projects or InfrastructureStrong B2B sales and client acquisition experience
- Experience dealing with commercial/project stakeholders and decision-makers
- Exposure to SITC, BOQ, estimation, tendering or turnkey projects will be an advantage
- Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business
- Target-oriented and comfortable with client meetings and business travel
