Hiring: Senior Manager – Business Development

At Aether Semiconductors, we've spent the last three years supporting semiconductor equipment companies abroad with system integration, automation and equipment sub-systems. We're now expanding into precision manufacturing, cleanroom assembly and integration, and our own Etching and Deposition equipment.

We're a young company, and I'm looking for someone to help grow the business alongside me.

What the role involves:

- Finding and developing current customers among equipment OEMs, fabs, ATMPs and research institutions, both in India and overseas
- Managing and growing relationships with our existing customers
- Working with our engineers to understand customer requirements and put together proposals
- Handling the full cycle: outreach, meetings, quotations, negotiation and follow-up

What I'm looking for:





- An engineering background and 8–12 years in business development or technical sales
- Experience selling semiconductor equipment, sub-systems or similar capital equipment
- Existing contacts in the semiconductor industry
- Patience with long sales cycles and comfort with a lot of groundwork

To be upfront: this isn't a role with a big brand, large team or ready-made processes behind it. You'll be building much of it from scratch. In return, you'll work directly with me, have a real say in how the business grows, and see the results of your work directly.
