We are looking for confident, target-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our Admissions & Sales team as an Admission Counselor / Business Development Executive.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, providing career guidance and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students/candidates.

Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable career/training programs.

Counsel candidates and provide accurate information about available programs.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrollments.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/admission targets.

Build positive relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and conversions.





Requirements

0–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling or Education Counseling.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.

Excellent English communication skills.

Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working with sales targets.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups.
