Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and present our products/services effectively.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead follow-up to successful closure.
- Conduct persuasive sales discussions and negotiations.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure no potential lead is missed.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas to improve sales performance.
