nPosition: Senior Associate – International Insurance Voice Process (L1)

nLocation: Kakkanad, Kochi

nWork Mode: Work from Office

nMarket: US / International Insurance

nShift: US Rotational Night Shifts

nSalary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA

nEducation: Graduation Mandatory

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Handle international insurance voice interactions and benefits-related support activities.
n
- Review claim documents and supporting information to determine appropriate next steps.
n
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, customers, and other stakeholders.
n
- Manage follow-ups and resolve pending requests within defined timelines.
n
- Identify and resolve processing exceptions and operational issues.
n
- Escalate complex cases when required.
n
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for every interaction.
n
- Meet defined quality, productivity, accuracy, and SLA targets.
n
- Support multiple insurance products, workflows, and processes.
n
- Assist team members through knowledge sharing and process guidance.
n
- Contribute to process improvement and enhanced customer experience.
n

nMandatory Eligibility

n

n
- Graduation in any discipline.
n
- Relevant experience in US / International Insurance Voice Process is mandatory .
n
- Voice-process experience specifically within the Insurance domain is required.
n
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or above).
n
- Comfortable working in US rotational night shifts.
n
- Willing to work from office in Kakkanad, Kochi.
n




- Immediate / short-notice joiners are preferred.

nCandidates without relevant International Insurance Voice Process experience may not be considered.
