About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, sharp, and delivery-focused skilled with hands-on experience in closing CXO and senior leadership mandates.

The ideal candidate should have experience with an executive search, boutique search, or leadership hiring firm, along with strong expertise in candidate pipeline management, stakeholder coordination, candidate assessment, and end-to-end mandate closure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mandate Delivery & Closure

- Drive end-to-end delivery for CXO and senior leadership mandates.
- Build and manage robust candidate pipelines.
- Conduct candidate shortlisting and ensure timely mandate closure.
- Take ownership of delivery outcomes and hiring timelines.

2. Stakeholder & Client Coordination

- Work closely with Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, and clients to understand role requirements.
- Provide regular progress updates and candidate pipeline reports.
- Conduct market scans and share relevant candidate insights.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Candidate Identification & Assessment

- Identify and source senior-level candidates through targeted research and talent mapping.
- Conduct preliminary leadership assessments and competency-based screening.




- Present shortlisted candidates along with evaluation notes and fitment recommendations.
- Guide candidates throughout the interview process.
- Manage compensation discussions and support offer finalization.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in Executive Search, CXO Hiring, Leadership Hiring, or Senior-Level Recruitment.
- Strong exposure to hiring for VP, Director, CXO, and other business-critical leadership positions.
- Strong research and talent-mapping capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.
- Strong delivery orientation and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
