Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have solid design, technical, project coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and development for residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
- Develop design concepts, presentations, detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Manage projects from initial concept and planning through execution and completion.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, and technical submissions.




- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, standards, and approval requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
- Prepare and review BOQs, specifications, tender documents, and other project documentation as required.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and design quality.
- Mentor junior architects and provide technical and design guidance to the team.
- Identify design and construction challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Stay updated on current architectural trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
