nCandidate Location: Candidates must be based in Tamil Nadu (Mandatory)

nKey Responsibilities:

n

- Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings for industrial facilities, factories, warehouses, and institutional buildings (schools, colleges, hospitals, etc.).
n
- Develop conceptual designs, detailed working drawings, and 3D models as per project requirements.
n
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, safety norms, and client specifications.
n
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure design coordination and accuracy.
n
- Conduct site visits for design validation, progress monitoring, and resolving on-site design issues.
n
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and tender drawings for execution.
n
- Assist in presentation materials for client discussions and approvals.
n




- Provide support during authority submissions and approvals.
n

nRequired Skills & Competencies

n

n
- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Inkscape, MS Office, and Photoshop.
n
- Good knowledge of industrial architecture standards, space planning, and institutional layouts.
n
- Ability to prepare working drawings, GFCs, and coordination drawings.
n
- Knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and statutory compliance. Strong visualization, detailing, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Effective communication and ability to coordinate with consultants & contractors.
n

nQualification & Experience

n

n
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
n
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial and institutional projects.
n
- Registered with Council of Architecture (COA).
n
