We're looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of large-scale residential developments across Bangalore.
? Experience: 10+ years
? Project Types: High-rise apartments, villas & plotted developments
Role Highlights
- Drive 3–4 large residential projects simultaneously
- Lead architectural design & GFC execution
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior & Landscape consultants
- Robust exposure to BDA, BBMP, NBC, RERA & statutory approvals
- Hands-on involvement in feasibility studies, sanction drawings & site execution
? Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel
