Handle and coordinate ongoing construction projects at the site. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams. Regularly visit project sites and monitor day-to-day progress.
Ensure work is executed as per architectural drawings and specifications. Check quality of construction, materials, finishing, and workmanship. Understand drawings and communicate requirements clearly to the site team.
Coordinate architectural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior-related works. Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution. Monitor project timelines and follow up with contractors and vendors.
Prepare site updates, measurements, reports, and project-related documentation. Handle client requirements and coordinate revisions when required. Ensure proper communication between office and site teams.
Manage multiple ongoing projects effectively.
