We are looking for a highly hands-on Amazon & Ecommerce Growth Manager to personally manage and grow our Amazon India business while supporting expansion across Flipkart and other marketplaces.

This is a marketplace SALES & GROWTH role, not logistics, fulfilment or warehouse operations.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Day-to-day Amazon Seller Central management
- Amazon sales growth and marketplace performance
- Amazon PPC, Ads, ACOS, TACOS and ROAS
- Listings, keywords, SEO and organic rankings
- A+ Content, storefronts and conversion optimisation
- Pricing, promotions, deals and product launches
- Ratings, reviews and marketplace visibility
- Competitor and category analysis
- Weekly sales, advertising and profitability reporting

• Supporting Flipkart and other marketplace growth

CREATIVE & CONVERSION

- We have an in-house creative team.
- You do not need to design graphics yourself, but you must understand what makes an Amazon listing convert.

- You should be able to identify when a product needs a stronger thumbnail, better benefit communication,



improved A+ Content, comparison graphics, different positioning or a stronger promotional strategy.
- You will brief the creative team and help ensure the required changes are executed quickly.

WHO WE WANT

- 36 years of hands-on Amazon/e-commerce marketplace experience
- Must have personally managed Amazon Seller Central
- Robust practical experience with Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising
- Proven evidence of growing Amazon sales
- Good understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS and conversion
- Hands-on experience with listings, SEO, A+ Content, promotions and launches
- Commercial, analytical and highly execution-focused
- Flipkart Seller Hub/Ads experience is a strong advantage

• Experience selling physical consumer products online preferred

We are not looking for someone whose experience is mainly coordinating with agencies or managing logistics/backend operations. We want someone who can open Seller Central, understand what is happening, identify what needs fixing and personally execute the actions required to grow sales.

LOCATION & COMPENSATION The role can be based in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru or Chandigarh.

INR 7–12 LPA fixed + performance-linked incentives, depending on experience and demonstrated marketplace results.

For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and grow into a much larger marketplace role as the business scales.
