Required Skills:

- AI/ML: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, deep learning, CNNs, Transformers/ViTs, multimodal/foundation models, model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, and production inference.

- Computer Vision: Robust experience in OpenCV, YOLO/Faster R-CNN/SSD, detection, classification, segmentation, tracking, depth estimation, image/video analytics, multi-camera vision, calibration, 3D perception, SLAM, multi-view geometry, and sensor fusion.

- Robotics &
- Physical AI: Experience integrating AI/perception with industrial robots, AMRs or autonomous systems, with knowledge of ROS/ROS2, kinematics, localization, state estimation, motion planning, control, sensors, real-time inference, sim-to-real, and safety-aware architectures.





- MLOps &

- Deployment: Hands-on experience with ML pipelines, data preparation, model deployment, inference optimization, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/GCP, MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, simulation, synthetic data, automated testing, and performance validation.

- Engineering &

- Delivery: Ability to independently own AI modules from POC to production, troubleshoot and debug complex systems, perform technical estimation/code reviews/documentation, work in Agile/Scrum environments, and collaborate with AI, robotics, embedded, hardware, software and DevOps teams; full-stack/API experience with React/Angular, Python/Node.js/Java, REST, microservices and SQL/NoSQL is a plus.
