School – Collaboration with Pallavi International School Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 3–6+ years in School Admissions / Education Counselling / Sales Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Senior Admission Counsellor who can take ownership of the complete student admission cycle — from generating enquiries and counselling parents to conducting school visits, follow-ups and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the school admissions process, a professional personality and the ability to build trust with parents. Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins and other channels.

Professionally explain the school's academic programs, facilities, curriculum, activities and unique strengths. Provide personalised counselling based on the child's age, grade and parent requirements.



Convert qualified enquiries into school visits and school visits into admissions.

School Tours

Coordinate and conduct professional school tours for prospective parents. Present the school's facilities, classrooms, activities and learning setting effectively. Ensure every visiting parent receives a warm and qualified experience.

Coordinate with academic and administrative teams whenever required. Lead Management & CRM Update enquiry status, follow-up dates and conversion stages in the school's CRM/ERP. Analyse enquiry sources and conversion performance.

Participate in admission campaigns, promotional activities and outreach programs. Marketing & Outreach Coordinate with the school's marketing team for admission campaigns. Participate in school exhibitions, education fairs, community outreach and promotional events.

Develop relationships with parents, corporates, residential communities and other potential referral sources. Represent the school's values and brand professionally at all times. Excellent in English communication ; Telugu/Hindi will be an advantage.

Experienced in school admissions, education counselling, EdTech, education sales or premium customer-facing sales. Good with CRM/ERP systems, WhatsApp and basic MS Office/Google Workspace. Passionate about education and working with children and parents.
