Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding UG/PG courses and admission opportunities.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and resolve admission-related queries.

- Understand students’ educational and career requirements and recommend suitable courses.

- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.

- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and documentation requirements.

- Convert interested leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.

- Achieve assigned monthly admission/conversion targets.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
