Key Responsibilities

o Capitalization entries from CWIP to project equipment.

o Tracking of Stocks movement o Transfer of installation-related expenses (labour, loading, etc.) to CWIP.

o Transfer of inventory to installation expenses for project-specific trading sales.

o Monitoring and coordination of Fixed Asset Register (FAR) updates.

o Handling job work-related transactions.

o Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR6 and GSTR-3B and do the necessary adjustments in books accordingly.

o Maintenance and updation of GST master file.

o Monitoring advances and adjustment in returns.

o Preparation of GST ITC reversal working for project sales.

o Coordination for NOC/address proof for GST registration changes.

o Insurance renewals and maintaining tracking in Excel.

o Preparation of Inward-outwards remittance request forms o Valuable knowledge of branch accounting in Tally EPR and good in excel as well
