We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our travel company in Bangalore. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, receivables/payables and day-to-day financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update accounts in Tally.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and expense statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate bank records.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up for receivables.
- Maintain proper records of travel-related expenses, supplier payments and customer collections.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, management and other departments when required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements:





- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in Tally / Tally Prime is required.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in handling bank reconciliation, receivables and payables.
- Travel industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
