Tectural Energy LLP is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The candidate must possess robust practical knowledge of Indian accounting rules and applicable statutory regulations.

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with current Indian laws and regulations.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and statutory reports.
- Manage vendor bills, purchase accounting, advances, and payment processing.
- Prepare project-wise cost statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports.
- Conduct bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Implement internal financial controls and maker-checker processes.
- Manage accounting through Zoho Books or similar ERP software.

The candidate must have practical working knowledge of:
- GST: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, e-invoicing and e-way bills, as applicable.
- TDS: Deduction, payment, quarterly returns, Form 16 and Form 16A.
- Income Tax: Advance tax, applicable withholding provisions, ITR and tax audit coordination.
- EPF & ESI: Registration, monthly contributions,



returns, and applicable employee coverage.
- Professional Tax: Applicable state registration and compliance.
- Labour Law Compliance: Applicable wage, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- LLP Compliance: Coordination and compliance requirements applicable to LLPs.
- Accounting Standards: Applicable Indian Accounting Standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Statutory Audit: Preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents, and reconciliation statements.

Knowledge of current Indian statutory laws, amendments, and regulatory updates is mandatory.
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliances.
- Experience in Zoho Books is preferred.
- Experience in EPC, construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy is an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance activities.
