Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Bengaluru

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance & Finance Executive to support the organization in maintaining regulatory compliance, managing risk and audit-related activities, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate compliance, accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory frameworks, along with excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor corporate, regulatory, and statutory compliance requirements and deadlines.
- Identify and support mitigation of compliance and operational risks.
- Assist with internal/external audits, documentation, and compliance records.
- Maintain accurate financial and compliance records, registers, and reports.
- Support financial analysis, reconciliations, reporting, accounting, and financial controls.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and stakeholders on finance and compliance matters.
- Identify discrepancies, process gaps, and compliance issues and support corrective actions.




- Manage financial and operational data using ERP systems, preferably Zoho.
- Prepare management reports and documentation while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / CS / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 2 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance, or a related function.
- Positive understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems; Zoho experience is preferred.
