About the Job

This is a hands-on senior role — you'll be the person management turns to for the real financial picture, not just someone processing entries. You'll own the accounting cycle end-to-end, drive reporting and budgeting, and work closely with leadership across a quick-moving multi-entity group.

What You'll Do

- Own the full accounting cycle end-to-end — from journal entries to finalized financial statements
- Lead reporting and analysis: P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and project-level costing that management can actually act on
- Build and monitor budgets, flag variances, and keep cost control tight across projects and entities
- Manage AR/AP, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
- Work directly in our ERP system,



and help tighten how our finance data flows through it
- Coordinate audits, statutory compliance, and payroll-related finance matters
- Guide and review the work of junior accounts staff

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA-Inter/CMA/ACCA a plus, not required)
- Solid, hands-on senior-level accounting experience — ideally in construction, contracting, or project-based businesses
- Strong command of financial reporting and budgeting, not just data entry
- Comfortable working independently and taking real ownership, not just following instructions
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
