We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience handling accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.

- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper cash and bank records.

- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control..

- Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.





- Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

- Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, auditors, banks, and other departments as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, ERP

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and financial reports.

- Knowledge of VAT/GST and statutory compliance is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
