Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, taxation, reporting, and coordination with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and preferably have experience in a manufacturing or furniture-related company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and ledger entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for taxation, audits, and financial compliance.
- Monitor customer outstanding and vendor payments.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Assist management with costing, profitability, and financial analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.




- Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts.
- Support management in budgeting and cash-flow planning.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.
- Furniture/manufacturing costing experience will be preferred.
- Good Excel skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in furniture manufacturing, manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and production-related accounts will be preferred.
