We are proud to be an Ascend Partner Firm, one of the top CPA firms in the U.As a Senior Accountant, you independently manage end-to-end bookkeeping, month-end close processes, and financial reporting for a diverse client base, without requiring oversight from a Senior Manager. You ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.

You will support their career development by helping them navigate complex accounting challenges, from initial problem identification through to solution implementation. Your ability to think critically, manage competing priorities, and drive process improvements will be essential in delivering high-quality outcomes for both clients and the firm. Proven experience on US Accounting primary focus on Report to Report(R2R), GL Accounting.

Proficient in the use of QBO, QBD, BDC, SAGE Intacct, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and related software tools.

Engagement, Advance Flow and other Reconciliation tools relationships with teams and clients with the intention to meet/ exceed client expectations, work as part of a team of problem solvers, identify red flags in Client service delivery as well as people issues, helping to solve these and other complex business issues from ideation to execution. Lead the team to consistently be able to complete all bookkeeping activities, including highly complex tasks, analytical tasks (ex. Reading balance sheets, and financial analysis), and reporting tasks without any technical corrections from the clients.

Learn and fully understand client workflows, accounting practices, and preferences. Take leadership in training staff on proper workpapers techniques and documentation and address specific client issues due to quality.

Review Balance Sheet

Reconciliations, Draft Reports, MIS, Analysis and Month-end activity. Assist with training staff in these areas / Obtain and maintain training certifications Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations and Focus on Quality.

Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple client projects and meeting deadlines. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in US Accounting or B Com or MBA with CA Inter.

Experience: CA/CMA Qualified with 2-4 years of US Accounting Experience. Understanding of industry specific accounting regulations and compliance requirements. Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making process Familiarity with emerging technologies and their impact on accounting practices.
