Job Summary

DreamDesk Edu. Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and confident Seminar Executive to conduct career guidance and educational awareness seminars in schools, colleges, ITIs and other educational institutions.

The role involves institution visits, seminar presentations, student engagement, lead generation and follow-up. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking to groups of students, travelling within the assigned region and representing DreamDesk professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, ITIs and educational institutions as assigned.
- Conduct engaging career guidance and educational awareness seminars for students.
- Present information about career options, professional courses and educational opportunities.
- Understand students' interests and encourage them to explore suitable career pathways.
- Generate student enquiries and qualified leads through seminars and institutional visits.
- Collect and maintain accurate student/lead information.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admission teams for follow-up.
- Follow up with interested students and help convert seminar-generated leads into counselling visits and admissions.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with school/college representatives.
- Coordinate with institutional authorities for seminar scheduling and permissions.
- Prepare daily visit, seminar and lead-generation reports.
- Represent DreamDesk professionally during all institutional interactions.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.




- Participate in educational campaigns, workshops, career fairs and promotional activities.

Performance Indicators Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number of institutional visits
- Number of seminars conducted
- Student participation and engagement
- Qualified enquiries/leads generated
- Student footfalls generated
- Follow-up effectiveness
- Admissions generated from seminar leads
- Institutional relationships developed
- Quality and accuracy of reporting

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may apply.
- Prior experience in seminar presentation, field sales, education counselling, business development or student engagement will be an advantage.
- Good command of English and Bengali preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
