We are seeking a results-driven, highly structured Social Media Specialist to lead end-to-end channel management, content execution, and audience growth for our portfolio of international clients.

Operating within a fast-paced performance marketing ecosystem, you won't just post content—you will build social strategies that drive brand equity, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. You will own the entire lifecycle of client social channels across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy, Planning & Content Creation

Develop monthly content calendars tailored to diverse international markets, brand guidelines, and audience segments.

Ideate creative multi-format assets (carousels, short-form video scripts, static posts, stories) aligned with client performance goals.

Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-performing, platform-native content.

- Channel Management & Publishing

Schedule, publish, and oversee day-to-day social media operations across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta (Facebook), and YouTube.

Ensure 100% accuracy in copy, visual assets, tagging, links, and posting times optimized for local time zones.

Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity for all client accounts.

- Community Management & Engagement

Actively manage client communities by monitoring comments, DMs, and mentions, executing proactive engagement strategies.

Spark discussions, nurture brand advocates, and escalate customer service or reputation management matters to appropriate account leads.

- Channel Growth & Audience Acquisition

Execute organic growth tactics, hashtag strategies, trending sound adoption, and strategic cross-promotions to scale follower counts and reach.





Track algorithm changes and emerging channel trends to keep client accounts ahead of industry shifts.

- Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Track and evaluate key metrics (Reach, Impression Share, Engagement Rate, Follower Growth, CTR).

Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and data-backed recommendations for continuous optimization.

Work closely with paid performance marketing teams to identify organic top-performers suitable for ad scaling.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years managing organic social media channels within a agency environment or handling complex international brand accounts.

Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of algorithm mechanics across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

Tooling: Proficiency with social management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) and design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud basics).

Copywriting: Exceptional English communication skills—capable of adapting voice and tone across diverse industries (e.g., corporate legal, B2B, luxury retail, automotive/industrial).

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable extracting actionable optimization insights from raw channel analytics.

Execution Focus: Highly organized with exceptional project management abilities and high attention to detail in high-volume environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working alongside paid performance marketing teams to leverage organic-paid synergies.

Prior experience managing multi-market campaigns across international markets.

Conversational Arabic or second language capability is a plus.
