SECURITY OFFICER – SCHOOL

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Duty Hours: 12 Hours

Weekly Off: 1 Day

Age: 35–48 Years

Experience: 8–10 Years in Security Services

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to manage and supervise the security operations of a reputed school in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of students, staff and visitors and maintaining effective security standards across the campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall security operations and supervise security guards.
- Prepare duty deployment and shift schedules.
- Ensure proper access control at all school entry and exit points.
- Monitor visitors, vendors, contractors and vehicle movement.
- Supervise student arrival and dispersal security arrangements.
- Conduct regular security rounds and monitor CCTV surveillance.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, grooming and performance of security staff.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure compliance with security SOPs.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies and evacuation procedures.




- Maintain security registers, daily reports and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with school management and emergency authorities when required.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Security Services.
- Previous experience as Security Officer/Security Supervisor/Security In-charge preferred.
- School or educational-institution security experience will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of access control, CCTV and emergency response.
- Professional, disciplined and physically fit.
