Experience - Minimum 4–5 years of overall experience in the security field.

- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in IT/Corporate Security operations.

- Experience in handling security operations in IT parks, corporate offices, or similar commercial establishments will be preferred.

- Good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations at the IT facility.

- Monitor and guide security guards and ensure proper deployment at all designated posts.

- Ensure compliance with security SOPs, access-control procedures, visitor management, and emergency protocols.

- Coordinate with the client management, facility team, and security management regarding operational requirements.

- Monitor CCTV surveillance and ensure proper response to security incidents.

- Maintain security registers, daily reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.





- Conduct regular rounds and inspections to identify and address security gaps.

- Handle emergencies and coordinate appropriate response during incidents.

- Ensure discipline, grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct among security personnel.

- Conduct briefings and provide instructions to guards regarding site-specific security procedures.

- Report security incidents, operational issues, and observations to the concerned management.

Required Skills - Solid leadership and supervisory skills.

- Good verbal and written communication.

- Knowledge of corporate/IT security operations.

- Ability to handle security incidents and emergency situations.

- Basic computer knowledge and report-preparation skills.
