Maintain strict security of the data centre premises, personnel, equipment, and critical infrastructure. Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles through proper access verification. Monitor CCTV, alarms, security systems, and restricted areas.

Conduct regular patrolling and report any suspicious activity immediately. Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, incident, and shift records. Follow emergency, fire, evacuation, and incident-response procedures.

Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and adherence to security SOPs. Supervisors must manage guards, allocate duties, conduct briefings, monitor attendance, prepare reports, coordinate with the client, and ensure continuous security coverage throughout all shifts.

₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
