KPMG is seeking Consultant/ Assistant Manager with expertise in Azure Cloud Security, ITSM, and Technology Governance to support global cloud and application governance operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve Change Requests (CRs) and Service Requests (RITMs).
- Participate in CAB meetings and oversee change governance activities.
- Manage policy exception requests, governance trackers, and reporting.
- Coordinate P1/P2 incident escalations and stakeholder communications.
- Manage governance mailboxes and drive request resolution.
- Prepare operational metrics, governance dashboards, and management reports.
- Collaborate with cloud, security, application, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with operational and security controls.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in Cloud Security, ITSM, Technology Risk, or Governance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including:

- Azure Administration




- Azure Application Registrations & Enterprise Applications
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- RBAC & Privileged Access Management
- Azure Governance & Policy Management
- Network Security (NSGs, Firewalls, Private Endpoints)
- Experience with ITIL processes including Change, Incident, and Service Request Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.

- Preferred Certifications
- AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)
- AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer)
- AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)
- ITIL Foundation
- A proactive cloud governance professional with strong Azure security and ITSM expertise, capable of driving operational governance, managing risk and controls, and engaging effectively with global stakeholders is preferred.
