Scriptwriter – Capslock Marketplaces

We’re looking for a performance-focused Scriptwriter who understands how ads work, not just how to write.

What you’ll do:

- Write short-form video scripts for Meta, Google & other performance channels.
- Create robust hooks, problem-led narratives, CTAs and conversion-focused creatives.
- Understand audience psychology and turn insights into high-performing ad concepts.
- Analyse creative performance (CTR, CVR, CPI/CPA, ROAS) and use learnings to improve scripts.
- Work closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to test multiple angles.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong copywriting + storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of performance marketing and ad creatives.




- Ability to write in simple, conversational and highly relatable language.
- Comfortable working with data and iterating based on performance.
- Someone who thinks “Will this convert?”, not just “Does this sound good?”
- Prior experience writing app/performance ads is a plus.
